These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the UV Print Co website and purchases from UV Print Co. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
Products and Orders
Product descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, and estimated production times may change without notice. We try to display colors and finishes accurately, but screens, materials, printing processes, and handmade production can cause reasonable variations. We may correct errors, limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel and refund an order when a product, price, customization, or transaction cannot be fulfilled.
Personalization and Design Approval
You are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, dates, images, colors, sizes, quantities, and other selections submitted with your order. When a design preview or proof is provided, your approval authorizes production. UV Print Co is not responsible for customer-submitted errors or for changes requested after approval or after production begins.
Production and delivery estimates may change while we wait for required information or customer approval. Orders may be cancelled only before design or production work begins.
Customer-Submitted Content
By submitting text, photographs, artwork, logos, or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use and reproduce it for your order. You grant UV Print Co permission to use that content solely as needed to design, produce, and fulfill the order. You are responsible for claims arising from content you submit without authorization.
We may refuse content that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, obscene, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is due when the order is placed. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Payment processing is provided by third-party payment providers and is subject to their terms and privacy practices.
Shipping
Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by UV Print Co. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional terms concerning delays, incorrect addresses, lost packages, and shipping damage are contained in our Shipping, Damage & Loss Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Personalized and made-to-order products are generally final sale except when incorrect, defective, or damaged due to our error or an approved shipping claim. Return eligibility, deadlines, required documentation, and refund procedures are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
The UV Print Co name, website design, text, graphics, logos, product photographs, and original content are owned by UV Print Co or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit website content without prior written permission, except for ordinary personal use of the website.
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. UV Print Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, carrier delays, or products, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy and the privacy practices of service providers used for payments, shipping, analytics, and website operation.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Terms applicable to an order are those presented when the order is placed.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any rights provided by applicable consumer-protection law remain unaffected.
